Cancelled or
re-scheduled performances
Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged except as provided in the Entertainment Industry Code of Practice and the conditions of sale as outlined by the Venue and Ticketing Agent (BSTC) or Agency (BOCS Ticketing). The service charge is not refundable.
Black Swan Theatre Company will endeavour to advise customers if a performance is re-scheduled or cancelled. BSTC or via it’s ticket agency BOCS Ticketing will advise a Ticket Holder if they are entitled to entry into a re-scheduled event. If an event is cancelled or abandoned by BSTC, and not re-scheduled, refunds will only be issued at the discretion of BSTC.
